In order to quickly resolve administrative procedures (AP) for organizations and individuals, communes, wards and towns have made efforts to improve and enhance the quality of service for people and businesses in implementing APs and public services (PPS) online.
Localities have invested in working equipment such as computers, printers, scanners and applied software to handle administrative procedures of organizations and individuals; applied task management software.
Vice Chairman of Pho Vinh Ward People's Committee (Duc Pho Town) Nguyen Quoc Tuan said that in order to quickly resolve administrative procedures, along with investing in modern equipment, the ward has arranged a team of qualified and professional officials to resolve administrative procedures for the people.

Since the beginning of the year, Pho Vinh ward has received nearly 548 applications and has resolved 534 applications, all of which were resolved on time. The rate of applications submitted and resolved online reached over 98%.
In La Ha town (Tu Nghia), all administrative procedure settlement files are submitted online. Ms. Chau Thi Thuy Lieu, an officer at the Office of the People's Committee of La Ha town (Tu Nghia) said, at first we asked people to submit their files online, many people were confused and did not know how to do it.
However, through the guidance, people have now submitted their applications online. From January 1 to May 28, 2024, the town's one-stop department received 830 applications, all 100% submitted online, and processed 826 applications, all of which were resolved on time.
All input and output records are digitized for reuse. Citizens submitting records online helps local officials and civil servants resolve administrative procedures online more quickly.
“Previously, many people in Ho Chi Minh City who wanted to submit documents to resolve administrative procedures had to go to their locality. Now, with a public service account and digital signature, people can submit documents online anywhere without having to go to the town People's Committee. If the documents are incomplete, the officer in charge will call or text to help people quickly supplement them,” Ms. Lieu added.
