On the afternoon of June 15, Thai Binh Provincial Youth Union organized the opening ceremony of the first Youth Union Cadre Football Tournament in 2023.

Provincial Youth Union leaders presented souvenir flags to participating teams and referees.

There are 9 teams, nearly 200 athletes participating in the tournament. The teams are divided into 3 groups, competing in a round robin to calculate points, taking the top 3 groups and the second team with the highest score to compete in the semi-finals. The organizing committee will award cups, flags, medals and prizes to the champion team; flags, medals and prizes to the second and third prize teams.
