Doji Gold and Gemstone Group raised the price of 9999 plain round gold rings to 76.7-77.9 million VND/tael (buy - sell), an increase of 450 thousand VND in buying and 400 thousand VND more expensive in selling compared to yesterday's closing price.
Similarly, Bao Tin Minh Chau Company also increased the price of Thang Long Dragon Gold to 76.46-77.76 million VND/tael (buy - sell). Compared to the closing price of yesterday's trading session, the price of Thang Long Dragon Gold increased by 280 thousand VND/tael this morning in both buying and selling directions.
Today, SJC gold bar prices were also adjusted by businesses to increase sharply in buying while remaining unchanged in selling.
At 9:59 a.m. on July 17, the price of SJC gold bars was adjusted up by 500,000 VND/tael for buying, to 76.98 million VND/tael, while the selling price remained at 76.98 million VND/tael for over a month.
At Doji, the price of SJC gold bars was also adjusted up by 500,000 VND/tael for buying and unchanged for selling compared to yesterday's closing price, listed at 76-76.98 million VND/tael (buying - selling).
Currently, the price of gold rings at some brands is higher than the price of gold bars.
At Doji, the price of plain round gold rings is 700 thousand VND/tael more expensive than the price of SJC gold bars for buying and 920 thousand VND/tael more expensive for selling.
At Bao Tin Minh Chau, the price of this brand's plain round gold rings is 580 thousand VND/tael more expensive than the price of SJC gold bars for buying and 780 thousand VND/tael more expensive for selling.
At PNJ, compared to SJC gold bars, the price of gold rings is 320 thousand VND/tael higher for buying and 20 thousand VND/tael higher for selling.
At SJC, the price of gold rings is equal to the price of gold bars of this brand in the buying direction and only 10 thousand VND/tael lower in the selling direction.
