In the rice market, it is noted that in Dong Thap and Kien Giang, new rice transactions are low and rice is still in the field. In An Giang, buying and selling transactions are slow, and prices fluctuate little.

In the rice market, rice prices have been adjusted compared to yesterday. Currently, the price of IR 504 Summer-Autumn raw rice is at 10,450 - 10,600 VND/kg, down 100 - 150 VND/kg. Meanwhile, IR 504 finished rice is at 12,500 - 12,600 VND/kg, down 50 - 100 VND/kg compared to yesterday.
For by-products, the price of by-products of all kinds fluctuates between 6,800 - 9,500 VND/kg. Currently, the price of OM 5451 broken rice is at 9,300 - 9,500 VND/kg, down 100 VND/kg; the price of dry bran is at 6,800 - 6,900 VND/kg, up 100 VND/kg compared to yesterday.
At retail markets, rice prices have not been adjusted for individual rice products. Currently, Nang Nhen rice has the highest listed price of VND28,000/kg. The price of regular rice continues to be fixed at around VND15,000 - 16,000/kg, fragrant rice at VND17,000 - 23,000/kg. Jasmine rice is VND17,000 - 18,000/kg; Nang Hoa rice is VND21,500/kg; regular rice fluctuates around VND15,000 - 16,000/kg; long-grain fragrant rice is VND20,000 - 22,000/kg; Huong Lai rice is VND23,000/kg; Taiwanese fragrant rice is VND21,000/kg; Soc regular rice is VND18,500/kg; Soc Thai rice is VND21,000/kg; Japanese rice price 22,000 VND/kg.
In the export market, Vietnam's rice export prices remained unchanged compared to yesterday. According to the Vietnam Food Association (VFA), 100% broken rice was at $427/ton; 5% standard rice was at $524/ton; and 25% broken rice was at $495/ton.
