Urgently completing preparations for organizing the cultural exchange program - connecting Vietnamese - Korean businesses "Thai Binh Homecoming Day"

On the morning of October 19, comrade Nguyen Khac Than, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, Head of the Steering Committee for organizing the cultural exchange program - connecting Vietnamese - Korean enterprises "Thai Binh Homecoming Day" chaired a meeting to listen to subcommittees report on the implementation of assigned tasks.

Up to now, the subcommittees organizing the cultural exchange program - connecting Vietnamese - Korean businesses "Thai Binh Homecoming Day" and the 2023 Northern Delta International Agricultural Fair have deployed each work content, assigned tasks to member units to carry out preparation steps to ensure that each event takes place on time, meeting the purposes and requirements set forth by the province.

At the meeting, delegates discussed and clarified a number of tasks related to security and order, accommodation services, logistics, celebrations, guests, communications, preparation for investment cooperation projects in a number of fields such as industry, trade, services, human resource training, progress of program rehearsals, etc.

Speaking at the meeting, the Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, Head of the Steering Committee for organizing the cultural exchange program - connecting Vietnamese - Korean enterprises "Thai Binh Homecoming Day" emphasized that this is a big and important event of the province to promote the potential, development strengths, and spread the province's investment and business environment to domestic and foreign investors, so it needs to be organized carefully, solemnly, appropriately and effectively.

Due to the limited preparation time, he requested the relevant subcommittees and units to focus, uphold their responsibilities, and promptly complete the preparation stage to organize a series of cultural exchange and business connection events. In particular, the Provincial People's Committee Office continues to review and supplement the members of the Steering Committee and subcommittees; build a specific progress roadmap for each event. The Steering Committee holds weekly meetings to grasp the situation and promptly direct the completion of tasks. Agree to study and add two more contents including the announcement of the provincial planning and the signing of labor training contracts to the program; accordingly, the Department of Planning and Investment is assigned to speed up the completion of the steps to announce the provincial planning. The Management Board of Economic Zones and Industrial Parks, the Department of Planning and Investment, the Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs, together with representatives of Zenith Group (Korea), consulted on connecting units and enterprises of Thai Binh and Korea to organize the signing and awarding of cooperation agreement certificates at the conference to promote investment, trade and tourism in Thai Binh - Korea.

The Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, Head of the Steering Committee requested that the student cultural exchange program should have outstanding cultural highlights, creating attraction; the invitation to attract businesses to participate in the fair must be commensurate with the scale and international stature. The event organizer should promptly contact and sign contracts with leading singers and music groups of Vietnam and Korea who have influence on the public; change the invitation design to ensure proper specifications, format, aesthetics, and solemnity; soon unify the list of domestic and international guests to consult the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee and promptly deploy. Prepare well to mobilize resources to meet the requirements for a successful program. Thai Binh City does a good job of urban beautification, is ready to ensure accommodation services, environmental sanitation, security and order, and traffic safety in the area. The propaganda subcommittee and press agencies should do a good job of communication to spread the meaning of the program.
