On the morning of June 18, the provincial Social Insurance participated in propaganda, dialogue and answered opinions of enterprises at the Conference on propaganda and dialogue on labor policies, wages, social insurance, employment, occupational safety and hygiene organized by the Department of Labor - Invalids and Social Affairs.
Attending the conference, more than 140 delegates from nearly 50 employers in the province listened to the reporters from the Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs and the provincial Social Insurance disseminate information on: labor policies, laws and related legal regulations for employees and employers in enterprises; the role and responsibility of employers in paying social insurance, health insurance, and unemployment insurance for employees; the regimes and policies that employees are entitled to when participating; regulations and sanctions for violations of the law in the field of social insurance, health insurance, and unemployment insurance...
During the dialogue, many contents about the regime and policies on social insurance, health insurance, and unemployment insurance were of interest to employees, such as: signing a probationary contract or doing business in the restaurant and hotel sector, signing a seasonal contract, are you subject to compulsory social insurance; reporting an increase or decrease in maternity benefits, the list of arduous and hazardous occupations, the salary level for calculating compulsory social insurance contributions, etc.
The opinions of the workers have been specifically answered and clarified by the Social Insurance Agency and the Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs.
