Representatives of the two project teams took a souvenir photo.
During the ceremony, the two sides discussed the scope of implementation and the stages of the project. Accordingly, the FPT IS project team will accompany Cenviro to deploy a solution to meet the requirements of compliance with the regulations on electronic invoices of LHDN (Malaysian Tax Authority) within the prescribed time limit. The solution is developed based on SAP's original ABAP platform, ensuring full compliance with the requirements of LHDN and direct integration with Cenviro's SAP ERP system and LHDN's MyInvoice system. The project is deployed at 4 companies under Cenviro, including: Kualiti Alam Sdn Bhd, Cenviro Recycling and Recovery Sdn Bhd, Cenviro Services Sdn Bhd and Cenviro Johor Sdn Bhd. This is one of the projects in the chain of projects to deploy taxes and electronic invoices in Malaysia according to the regulations issued by the Government of the host country. The project is expected to be implemented by the FPT IS ES HCM project team in 2.5 months and go live on August 1 this year. Mr. Nguyen Thanh Ngoc - Director of PB12 Center under FPT IS Enterprise Sector - said that the biggest challenge of the project is to ensure go live on time to meet the regulations on the Malaysian Government's Tax Law for enterprises. "FPT IS has developed a detailed project plan, closely monitored the progress and proactively adjusted when necessary. Currently, the project has completed important preparation stages and is entering the system design phase. We are committed to both human and solution resources to ensure the project goes live according to the set plan," Mr. Nguyen Thanh Ngoc shared. The success of the project will open up great opportunities to integrate eInvoice and ERP products for other enterprises in Malaysia as well as open up the "BE GLOBAL" path for the enterprise sector in particular and FPT IS in particular.
