Players will have to compete for up to 11 months in a season, they have little chance of getting enough rest before the next season", FIFPro shared.
Also according to FIFPro: "The players were never asked about the decision to increase the number of matches this season for them. FIFA decided without going through the most important people, the players."
According to La Repubblica , coaches Stefano Pioli (AC Milan) and Maurizio Sarri (Lazio) have issued statements in support of FIFPro's statement.
