According to the latest information, FIFA has transferred a bonus of 30,000 USD (about 700 million VND)/player to the Vietnam Football Federation (VFF).
Each player of the Vietnamese women's team received 630 million VND in bonus from FIFA.
Currently, VFF has also transferred this bonus to Huynh Nhu and her teammates (23 players received this money).
But according to state regulations, bonuses from FIFA are irregular income, so players must fulfill their tax obligations.
In the FIFA bonus, each player of the Vietnamese women's team receives about 700 million VND, the tax payable is 10% (70 million VND).
Thus, each member of the Vietnamese women's team will receive about 630 million VND in bonuses from FIFA after the 2023 World Cup.
