Not only are they ready to bestow a royal title on coach Sarina Wiegman if the England women's team wins the World Cup, the British are also preparing to appoint this Dutch strategist as head coach of the "Foggy Land" men's team.

If it really happens, this will be unprecedented in the history of over a hundred years in the country that has always prided itself on being the "cradle" of modern football.

The gender divide in English football may not have been completely eliminated, but things have changed a lot since the Football Association (FA) appointed Sarina Wiegman to take charge of the women's team and their army is now preparing to write a new page in English football history.

For the first time since 1966, English football is back in the World Cup final and coach Sarina Wiegman and her students are just one match away from the pinnacle of world glory, something that for nearly 60 years, many generations of this country's men's team have been unable to do.

If they win against Spain in the final on August 20, Ms. Sarina Wiegman and her students will be recommended by the British government to King Charles III for the highest honors.

These are titles such as Dame (equivalent to Sir for men) or MBE (Member of the Order of the British Empire - a title honoring individuals who have achieved or made outstanding contributions to the community).

Sarina Wiegman's (53 years old) job at the England women's team is valid until the end of 2025. She is currently receiving a salary of about 400,000 pounds (more than 510,000 USD) per year.

“He is the best and most capable candidate to lead the men’s team,” said Mark Bullingham. “We don’t care if he’s male or female, we don’t even have the idea that the job should be for a man.

"Sarina is doing a fantastic job with the England women's team and hopefully she can continue to do that for a long time, possibly including the men's team. Her class and experience can help her do anything in football."

The FA's confidence in coach Wiegman comes from the fact that this strategist has inspired and inspired the England women's players, helping them become European champions and possibly world champions.

If the FA appoints a female coach to lead the men's team, this will also be unprecedented in international football.

According to some informed sources, the US Soccer Federation is also looking to contact Ms. Sarina Wiegman to invite her to succeed Mr. Vlatko Andonovski, who has just resigned as coach of the US women's team.

However, Mr. Mark Bullingham affirmed that the FA will reject any offer from the US to attract Ms. Wiegman.
