On the morning of October 23, in Ho Chi Minh City, EVNSPC and Energy Pool - France had a working session together to exchange experiences in grid management.
Attending the meeting, on behalf of EVNSPC, there were Mr. Bang Duc Hoai - Member of the Board of Directors of the Corporation, Mr. Lam Xuan Tuan - Deputy General Director of the Corporation. On behalf of Energy Pool Company, there was Mr. Alain Dardy - Director of Asia region.
Mr. Bang Duc Hoai - Member of EVNSPC Board of Directors and Mr. Lam Xuan Tuan - Deputy General Director of EVNSPC attended the meeting.
At the meeting, Mr. Alain Dardy said that Energy Pool specializes in designing smart energy management solutions by optimizing energy consumption of complex systems such as power distribution companies, industrial zones, renewable energy production companies and energy storage.
Up to now, the Company has cooperated with many businesses in countries in Europe and Asia such as: France, Türkiye, Japan, Thailand...
Mr. Alain Dardy also shared about the specific technological solutions that Energy Pool Company has been providing to partners, bringing high efficiency in the management and operation of the power system.

Speaking at the meeting, Mr. Lam Xuan Tuan - Deputy General Director of EVNSPC - shared that EVNSPC is managing and selling electricity in 21 southern provinces and cities. Currently, the Corporation is also researching, applying and developing smart grids in the management area, contributing to improving efficiency in production and business, and improving the reliability of electricity supply.
In particular, EVNSPC is managing and supplying electricity to island districts/island communes; including Con Dao district (Ba Ria - Vung Tau province) and Phu Quy district (Binh Thuan province) which are supplying electricity from local power sources. Currently, the Electricity sector is implementing the Project of Supplying electricity from the national grid to Con Dao district.
EVNSPC and Energy Pool discuss future cooperation possibilities.
At the meeting, EVNSPC and Energy Pool also discussed the possibility and cooperation plan in applying smart energy management technologies to the management and operation of the power grid on Phu Quy island.
