EverSolar cooperates in V-GREEN franchise charging station business

(Dan Tri) - On November 1, EverSolar Energy Joint Stock Company signed a cooperation agreement with V-GREEN Global Charging Station Development Joint Stock Company to convert the model into a V-GREEN franchise charging station.

Accordingly, EverSolar acquired a number of charging stations in the EverCharge charging station system nationwide and converted them to the V-GREEN franchise charging station model to exclusively serve VinFast electric vehicle owners.

EverSolar is a company operating in the field of investment and development of new energy solutions, with the EverEV brand specializing in providing charging services and equipment, along with the EverCharge solution to help manage and operate smart charging station systems.

Under the cooperation agreement, EverSolar will invest in new and replace existing charging equipment with V-GREEN charging posts to convert them into V-GREEN franchised charging stations. The charging stations will be integrated into the V-GREEN charging station network and serve VinFast electric vehicle owners. EverSolar will be responsible for managing, operating and receiving revenue sharing based on the number of kWh of electricity used by customers.

The franchise charging station model is being promoted by V-GREEN nationwide, with nearly 1,000 applications from partners. Among them, EverSolar is one of the special partners when converting from an independent charging station model supporting all electric vehicle brands to a V-GREEN franchise charging station to serve exclusively VinFast electric vehicle owners - the brand that rose to lead the Vietnamese market in September this year.

The cooperation with V-GREEN not only ensures that EverSolar's charging stations have an abundant source of customers, thereby optimizing business efficiency, but also demonstrates the companionship and cooperation of Vietnamese enterprises in the country's green transformation. With the participation of partners across the country, the VinFast electric vehicle ecosystem has expanded, developed strongly and is increasingly complete with a network of charging stations covering 63 provinces and cities, making Vietnam one of the countries with the highest density of charging stations in the world .

The franchise charging station is deployed under the newly signed cooperation agreement between V-GREEN and EverSolar.

According to the agreement, the cooperation between EverSolar and V-GREEN lasts for a minimum of 10 years and will be automatically renewed every 10 years if neither party intends to terminate the contract. During the cooperation period, V-GREEN will support the partner in management, operation, maintenance and marketing to attract customers.
