The Yen Xa wastewater treatment system project has a total investment of more than 61 million yen (equivalent to more than 16,293 billion VND), using ODA capital from Japan and counterpart capital from Hanoi City. The project started on October 7, 2016, with the Hanoi City Management Board of Investment and Construction of Technical Infrastructure and Agriculture as the investor.
In November 2022, many construction wells of the Yen Xa wastewater treatment system project continuously set up "bunkers" on Nguyen Xien, Kim Giang, Luong The Vinh streets... occupying almost the entire roadway, causing serious congestion.
Warning signs are fully installed before fence construction begins.
