On the morning of February 15 (the 6th day of Tet), many people continued to go to Ho Thi Tu book street (Thu Duc city) to enjoy spring and read books.

Arriving at Thu Duc book street early, mother and daughter Tuyet Dung, who lives on Do Xuan Hop street, shared: "My mother and I have been going to the book street since the 2nd.

During Tet, I chose the book street as a place to visit because it is cool and quiet, where I can sip coffee and read books. Since the Thu Duc City book street was built, I often come here to read books, but only in the morning and evening, because it is very sunny at noon."

Also choosing the book street as a place to visit at the beginning of the year, Ms. Anh Thi said: "During Tet, the atmosphere here is very peaceful, not as bustling and noisy as usual, so my family goes to the book street to read books and enjoy the scenery.

There is no place to play around this area, only a book street, so people really like it because there is a place to hang out, take pictures, and read books.

Thu Duc City Book Street opens in December 2023. This is the second book street in Ho Chi Minh City to open, after Nguyen Van Binh Book Street in District 1.

Compared to Nguyen Van Binh book street, the scale of Thu Duc city book street is larger and this is also the place where cultural and artistic exchange programs take place...

The book street has 22 book stalls. Besides the book business space, there is a Ho Chi Minh cultural space, a reading culture space, a used book space, and a space for experiencing intellectual games for children and families. Thu Duc City Book Street operates from 9am to 10pm daily.
