In the Northeast, today there will be rain and light rain; cold weather. Due to the stable cold air combined with the high-altitude convergence zone still maintained, tonight and tomorrow, there will be light rain, drizzle and scattered fog with cold weather at night and morning. After this time, the sky will be sunny at noon and in the afternoon, at the same time the temperature will increase rapidly, reaching the highest level of 25-27 degrees.

Hanoi weather , today has the same pattern as above with the lowest temperature slightly decreasing to 15-17 degrees, especially in the city center 16-18 degrees. By noon and afternoon, the rain will decrease, the temperature will increase, the highest level is 20 degrees.
