When the familiar melody and soaring lyrics of "Night Listening to the Boat and Missing Uncle Ho" were played, the music room was quiet and immersed. This song by musician An Thuyen is very familiar to generations of Nghe An people, even more familiar because it is a sentimental song about beloved President Ho Chi Minh. Many people have performed this song successfully, but with Bui Le Man, she brought a new breath to the song, a new emotion in a particularly meaningful music night.

Bui Le Man said: "I was extremely happy to receive the invitation to attend the program, happy to stand on this stage and sing a song by a famous musician that I idolize, happier to be in tune with the emotions of the audience today."

The program “Mach nguon vi, giam” has been cherished for a long time by the Nghe An Association in Hanoi. The program is expected to bring a luxurious and warm musical party to the children of Nghe An and many people across the country. The program aims to honor 5 talented musicians from Nghe An: Nguyen Van Ty, Hong Dang, Nguyen Tai Tue, An Thuyen and Nguyen Trong Tao.

Mr. Le Doan Hop - former Minister of Information and Communications, Chairman of the Nghe An Association in Hanoi said: The program also has the meaning of honoring the culture of Nghe An, the people of Nghe An, and the homeland of Nghe An. The 5 musicians we honor are 5 great musicians not only of Nghe An but of the whole country. The songs left by the musicians are invaluable assets in the Vietnamese music treasure.

The first part of the program, according to the program director - People's Artist Le Tien Tho, is about the feelings for the homeland of the 5 musicians. As musician Nguyen Tai Tue once said: "I have been to many places in and outside the country but no place is as beautiful as my hometown".

The first sounds of the song Dream of the Countryside performed by Huyen Trang were as sweet as honey, making the whole hall feel immersed in the bamboo banks, rice fields, woodpeckers, starlings, and a fierce childhood. It was a song by musician Nguyen Tai Tue, arranged as if "tailored" for Huyen Trang.

Trang shared: "I have sung this song many times and it is the work that has brought me the path of singing with glory. This work helped me win the first prize in the folk music category of the Sao Mai contest in 2013. It was musician Nguyen Tai Tue who "broke the song" for me, he showed me each note to emphasize, to help me best grasp the spirit of the song. Therefore, being able to sing in this music night is not only an honor but also a pride to be able to echo the homeland, to pay tribute to the musician whom I admire, respect and am grateful to."

Not only Huyen Trang, Pham Phuong Thao was also chosen to perform two songs by two talented musicians who have made great contributions and won many prestigious awards, An Thuyen and Nguyen Van Ty. With Neo dau ber que, she said that although many artists have successfully performed this work, she still performed it with the most sublime emotions and this was rewarded with endless applause. With Mot khuc tam tinh nguoi Ha Tinh by Nguyen Van Ty, although she was associated with the name of People's Artist Thu Hien, she also captured the hearts of the audience tonight with the passion through her passionate, soulful voice imbued with the spirit of her homeland.

But this time I performed "Mother loves my child" with the mindset of a mother. It is a vast emotion of motherly love, when I see my own mother in the feelings I have for my beloved children." With "Xa khoi" by Nguyen Tai Tue, despite being rushed to prepare for tonight's performance, Dinh Trang still performed very emotionally, maturely with skillful technique, touching the hearts of the listeners.

The show has 3 parts: Part 1 "Dreaming of the Country" with the songs: Neo doi ben que, Mo que, Mot khuc tam tinh nguoi Ha Tinh, Khuc hat song que are songs that resonate with the homeland, passionate and affectionate. Part 2 called "Dialogue of love" is famous love songs by 5 musicians: Hoa sua, Ky uc dem by Hong Dang; Du am, Me yeu con by Nguyen Van Ty; Doi mat do ngang by Nguyen Trong Tao, depicting love between couples, love between mothers and children, love for the nation. Part 3 called "Cung lute dat nuoc" with the works: Xa khoi, em chon luong nay, Tieng hat giu rung Pac Bo, Lang quan ho que toi, Bien hat chieu nay, are heroic love songs praising the Fatherland, the beloved motherland, with the hometown river, with the immense ocean, with the immense green forests. All three parts are harmoniously connected, like a continuous flow in the musical works of 5 talented musicians from Nghe An.

Coming to the music night, the wives and children of the musicians had the feeling of meeting their beloved husbands and fathers again through their works. Mrs. Le Anh Thuy - wife of musician Hong Dang was moved: "I see in the program humanity, family love.
