The value given is the value that lasts forever.

More than a week after the Dan Tri Yoga Festival on August 12, Ms. Tran Thi Com (63 years old, Xuan Phuong ward, Nam Tu Liem district, Hanoi) said the echoes of the event still linger deeply in her.

"It was different and impressive compared to other group events I have attended," said Ms. Com.

Ms. Do Thi Lien, 66 years old, and Ms. Com's group were very excited when talking about the two records of Dan Tri Yoga Festival . She confided that she used to practice yoga, but she realized that she "had not reached the right place". The event of 5,000 people performing yoga together seemed to give her more motivation to focus on practicing and improving her health.

She also expressed her "heartbreaking regret" for not being able to invite many friends to join her in the performance.

At the Dan Tri Yoga Festival , Ms. Lien accidentally met a former student who is currently living in Yen Bai province.

"She told me that she didn't know about the program until 1am on August 12th, so she and some members of the yoga group quickly packed up and took a bus to Hanoi. Luckily, they all bought tickets in time," said Ms. Lien.

The family of Ms. Nguyen Huyen Trang (32 years old, Hoang Mai district, Hanoi) occasionally looks back at the souvenir photos taken at the Dan Tri Yoga Festival . "When we formed the national flag with the crowd, the feeling was so proud and wonderful," she recalled.

Ms. Trang came to the event with her sister, 10-year-old niece and son Duong Hoang Minh Khoi (5 years old). Being non-professionals, every night before August 12, she and her son practiced and prepared best for the performance.

"Minh Khoi really likes to practice difficult yoga movements and does them better than his mother," Trang said with a laugh.

At school, Minh Khoi learned yoga, so he knows many movements, but his mother only recently learned about it. Since becoming familiar with this subject, she has noticed that her body is healthier, more flexible and her mind is more comfortable.

"My family also has a 2.5-year-old baby who also loves to practice yoga with his mother and brother. Every time we practice, the three of us often challenge each other to do difficult movements, it's very fun!", she shared.

The moment he stood with 5,000 people at My Dinh Stadium, Minh Khoi tried his best to complete the performance, following the instructions of the program director.

"I am very proud to be a piece in the meaningful national flag puzzle," the mother confided.

Minh Khoi is the baby caught in the lens of many photographers at the Dan Tri Yoga Festival . Coming home, looking back at his moments on the field, the boy was very excited.

Coach Nguyen Hong Quan, director of the national flag-folding performance, also recalled the image of My Dinh Stadium on the night of August 11 when 5,000 mats covered the grass.

At 5am the next day, he was present at the A stand of My Dinh Stadium. Looking at the clear sky, he breathed a sigh of relief, feeling that "heavenly time, favorable location, and harmony of people" - the decisive factors for the success of a program.

The moment 5,000 red and yellow scarves were raised in unison, forming the national flag, the whole stadium exploded.

The performance lasted 5 minutes, continuing with the following effects: Raising the towel and gradually pouring it down from top to bottom; raising the towel and gradually pouring it from left to right; spreading from the center of the star to the corners..., creating impressive, synchronous images.

"I was extremely moved. Time and space seemed to stop at that moment, there was only sacredness and pride. After going through the rainy days, all the efforts were worth it," the male coach recalled.
