Pyrotechnic drone crashes into vacant lot, sets dry grass on fire

(NLDO)- During the art rehearsal program "Brilliant Thang Long 2025", some pyrotechnic drones fell onto an empty lot, setting fire to dry grass.

The organizing committee of the art program "Brilliant Thang Long 2025" has just informed about the incident at the rehearsal program on the evening of January 26.

Accordingly, on the evening of January 26, the organizing committee conducted a general rehearsal, evaluated the content, art, techniques, weather factors and safety measures for the program. During the pyrotechnic drone test flight, due to technical factors, some devices fell onto the vacant lot, setting the dry grass on fire.

This situation was included in the safety plan of the organizing committee, so the authorities promptly extinguished the fire, without any loss of life or property.

In the announcement, the organizing committee will continue to review, evaluate, and consider factors to decide on organizing the program to ensure safety.

The People's Committee of Nam Tu Liem District said that the art program "Brilliant Thang Long 2025" will officially take place on the evening of January 28 (New Year's Eve) at My Dinh National Stadium.
