On September 27, the provincial National Assembly delegation coordinated with the Fatherland Front Committees at all levels to organize a meeting between provincial National Assembly deputies and voters of Tien Hai district and Thai Binh city. At the meeting, after listening to the representative of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation quickly inform voters about the expected content and program of the 8th session of the 15th National Assembly, voters basically agreed; at the same time, they proposed a number of issues related to areas of life and the implementation of socio-economic development tasks. Currently, a number of dikes, embankment works, and culverts have degraded, especially after the impact of storm No. 3 and do not meet the requirements of responding to storms and major floods; voters proposed that the Central Government and the province soon have solutions to support provinces and cities to renovate and upgrade degraded works.

All levels and sectors promptly commended and rewarded typical examples in responding to storm No. 3. Voters of Tien Hai district proposed that there are still families of martyrs who have lost their certificates of merit from the Fatherland or no longer have documents proving that they are relatives of martyrs, so they are not entitled to enjoy the prescribed policies and regimes. They proposed that the Government direct the Ministry of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs and relevant ministries and sectors to provide specific instructions for each case so that they can properly enjoy the martyr worship regime. Currently, people use health insurance cards for examination and treatment at hospitals, but some categories of drugs and medical supplies covered by health insurance still have to be purchased from outside. Therefore, voters proposed that the National Assembly give opinions to the Government to direct the insurance sector, the health sector and hospitals to completely resolve the shortage of drugs and medical supplies, ensuring the rights of the people.
Comrade Nguyen Van Than, Chairman of the Vietnam Association of Small and Medium Enterprises, informed voters about the content of the eighth session of the 15th National Assembly.

In addition, voters also recommended that after the merger of commune-level administrative units in the 2023-2025 period, many localities will have a surplus of headquarters, facilities, and civil servants, so the solution must be reasonable, especially for commune-level officials with less than 5 years of social insurance payment. Currently, Thai Binh city is facing some difficulties in the process of building a type I urban area. Voters hope that the Central Government will direct flexible solutions when evaluating some criteria for urban classification so that Thai Binh city can remove bottlenecks, creating opportunities to effectively promote potential and strengths, attract investment, and move towards developing a green economy and a circular economy.
Comrade Nguyen Khac Dinh, member of the Party Central Committee, Vice Chairman of the National Assembly, informed about some outstanding results of the activities of the National Assembly and the National Assembly Delegation of Thai Binh province in recent times. He explained some issues of concern to voters, and at the same time hoped that voters would agree and spread the spirit of direction of the Central and the province to create favorable conditions for Party committees and authorities to organize and effectively implement political tasks.
He affirmed that voters' opinions will be received, synthesized and sent to the National Assembly and relevant agencies for consideration and resolution.
