According to local reports, due to the impact of heavy rain from storm No. 3, from the night of September 7-8, the water level of the Uong River rose, causing flooding for over 200 households in Zone 5, Bac Son Ward and some neighboring areas. The deepest flooded area was up to more than 4m, making life very difficult for the people here. This is the most serious flooding ever.

In particular, for the school system, localities must ensure absolute safety before welcoming students and preschool children back to class. The town coordinates and supports units in the Electricity sector to speed up the repair of power supply systems damaged by the storm; closely monitor weather developments, prepare plans for pumping and draining when necessary, not to affect production as well as people's lives if there is heavy rain.
