At the conference, Mr. Cao Thanh Hai - Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Board announced Decision No. 1709 dated December 4, 2024 of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee appointing comrade Phan Van Binh - Provincial Party Committee member, Deputy Head in charge of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Board to hold the position of Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Board from December 4, 2024, with a term of 5 years.
Congratulating comrade Phan Van Binh on being appointed by the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee to hold the position of Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Board, Provincial Party Secretary Luong Nguyen Minh Triet asked comrade Phan Van Binh to continue to make greater efforts and determination in performing his duties, especially during the period when there is a large amount of work related to organizational structure and personnel work.
Specifically, it is necessary to focus on personnel consulting to prepare for party congresses at all levels towards the 23rd Provincial Party Congress (term 2025 - 2030); and urgently advise on the arrangement of organizational apparatus of agencies, units and localities in accordance with the direction of the Central Government.
Provincial Party Secretary Luong Nguyen Minh Triet requested the Provincial Party Committee's Organizing Committee, advisory and support agencies of the Provincial Party Committee to support and create favorable conditions to help comrade Phan Van Binh successfully complete his tasks.
Speaking at the ceremony, comrade Phan Van Binh thanked the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee and the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee for their attention and trust in appointing him to the position of Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Committee; at the same time, he said that this was an honor but also a great responsibility before the Provincial Party Committee, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, and the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee in the current context.
Informing that the workload from now until the 23rd Provincial Party Congress is very large, comrade Phan Van Binh promised to be proactive, work hard with determination and the highest sense of responsibility, closely research and advise, in accordance with the regulations of the Party and State, and complete the work progress as set out.
