Implementing Directive No. 35-CT/TW of the Politburo and Plan No. 320-KH/TU of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee on Party Congresses at all levels towards the 14th National Party Congress, Thuan Nam District Party Committee has been serious, proactive, timely, closely following the direction and guidance of the higher-level Party Committee to deploy to the Party Committees at all levels in the District Party Committee. Timely organizing the study and dissemination of directives and guidance documents of the higher level to cadres, Party members and timely and effective information and propaganda among the People; issuing implementation plans in accordance with local realities; assigning Standing members and the Standing Committee of the District Party Committee to monitor, urge and direct grassroots congresses to prepare for the congress. The political report submitted to the 4th Congress of Delegates for the 2025-2030 term of the District Party Committee has been developed and organized to collect opinions closely, ensuring progress.
Comrade Chau Thanh Hai, Secretary of Thuan Nam District Party Committee, reported on the progress of preparations for party congresses at all levels for the 2025-2030 term in the district.
The work of preparing personnel has been proactively implemented initially, from the planning stage, protecting internal politics, arranging and assigning; reviewing and supplementing the planning, removing it from the planning list. The work of directing the preparation for organizing congresses of branches and affiliated party committees has been given attention, basically ensuring that it is in accordance with the set plan; strengthening the inspection and urging of the work of preparing congresses in 3 types of grassroots party organizations organizing model congresses, including: Phuoc Diem commune Party Committee conducting a model congress to draw experience; Phuoc Ha commune Party Committee conducting a pilot direct election of Party Committee secretaries; The grassroots Party cell of the District People's Council-People's Committee Office and the grassroots Party cell of Dang Chi Thanh Secondary and High School organizing a model congress to draw experience. Along with that, the work of propaganda and dissemination has been proactively carried out in many forms, creating a spreading effect, meeting the requirements of the task.

Speaking at the working session, the Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee noted that from now until the congress, the Standing Committee of Thuan Nam District Party Committee needs to continue to closely follow Directive 35-CT/TW of the Politburo, Plan 320-KH/TU of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee and directives and instructions of higher-level Party committees on Party congresses at all levels to properly implement the Party's regulations and principles.
Comrade Pham Van Hau, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council gave a speech at the meeting.
Closely follow the progress of each work content, identify and clearly assign responsibilities to be more determined, urgent and drastic in directing and preparing for the success of the Party Congresses at all levels in the district; especially continue to supplement and complete the district's political report; review personnel work to ensure the correct structure, standards, procedures and instructions of the Central and Provincial Party Committees and thoroughly grasp the election regulations in the Party from the district to the grassroots level. Step up propaganda and agitation work before, during and after the congress, in conjunction with launching practical and effective patriotic emulation movements to welcome the Party Congresses at all levels, creating a widespread and exciting political movement throughout the Party, the entire army and the entire people. Focus on leadership, direction, urging and inspection of the preparation and organization of the congresses of branches, grassroots Party Committees as well as the district Party Congress to ensure safety, practicality, efficiency, economy, on schedule and within the prescribed time. Continue to monitor and grasp the ideological, ethnic, religious and security and order situation in the area, and direct the effective resolution of outstanding and arising cases. He also requested the Party Committees of the Provincial Party Committee to grasp the situation, coordinate closely and synchronously to promptly provide professional guidance, especially on issues related to difficulties, and assist the Standing Committee of the Thuan Nam District Party Committee in preparing for party congresses at all levels; during the implementation process, if any problems arise, they should be promptly reported to the Standing Committee and the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee for direction and resolution.
