Implementing Directive No. 35-CT/TW of the Politburo and Plan No. 320-KH/TU of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee on Party Congresses at all levels towards the 14th National Party Congress, Ninh Phuoc District Party Committee has focused on leading and directing the preparation work for the congress to ensure effectiveness, progress and time as prescribed. The dissemination, dissemination and implementation of Directive No. 35-CT/TW of the Politburo, Plan No. 320-KH/TU of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee and guiding documents have been seriously and closely implemented by the District Party Committee, Party committees and Party organizations. Regarding the preparation of draft documents for the congress, the District Party Committee held the first meeting to give opinions on the draft Political Report of the District Party Committee. The personnel work for the congress has been carefully and thoughtfully prepared, ensuring the succession, innovation and continuous development of the staff; focusing on quality and reasonable structure. According to the plan, the District Party Committee selected Phuoc Huu Commune Party Committee to organize a congress to draw experience; Phuoc Son Commune Party Committee held a congress to pilot the policy of direct congress election of Party Committee Secretaries.

Speaking at the working session, the Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee requested the Standing Committee of the District Party Committee to continue to focus on leading and directing the strengthening of inspection and urging the good implementation of the preparation and organization of Party congresses at all levels in the district. In propaganda work, it is necessary to diversify forms; the content of propaganda is unified from the district to the grassroots, ensuring consistency, science, economy and efficiency. In particular, focusing on propagating the achievements of the locality in the socio-economic fields; outstanding and effective results in the leadership, direction and administration of the Party and State to concretize and realize development policies and orientations; propagating the Party's historical traditions to consolidate the trust, solidarity and unity of the entire Party Committee and all classes of people. Focus on building congress documents to ensure compliance with the outline requirements of the Central documents with major viewpoints; comprehensively, objectively and accurately assessing the achieved results; Closely follow the provincial planning to specify the orientation and development targets of the locality in the new term, ensuring that the targets set are comprehensive, accurately and fully reflecting the potential and strengths of the locality. Continue to review personnel, grasp the situation, consolidate, ensure the personnel of the congress are correct in terms of structure, age, and quality according to regulations. In addition, it is necessary to prepare well the conditions for serving the congress: Thoroughly grasp and implement the work related to the election at the congress; grasp the internal ideological situation to create a spirit of solidarity and unity; properly handle complaints and denunciations; ensure security and order to help the Party Congresses at all levels in the locality take place successfully.
