At Thai Binh Electricity Company, the Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee and the delegation listened to the unit's leaders' quick report on the implementation of tasks in 2024, the plan for 2025; and the work of providing electricity to serve people during the Lunar New Year. Emphasizing that in the current period, Thai Binh is focusing on industrial development, attracting investment, requiring a very high demand for electricity, the Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee requested Thai Binh Electricity Company to continue promoting the achieved results, focusing on investment, upgrading the power grid infrastructure, ensuring sufficient electricity supply for production and business activities, contributing to the growth of the electricity industry in particular and the growth of the province in general; at the same time, proactively and prepared with quick and effective handling plans when unexpected incidents occur, serving the production activities of enterprises well. In a quick report to the delegation, representatives of local leaders said that the security and order situation in the districts before Tet and on New Year's Eve was stable, with no outstanding incidents. Localities have completed the work of giving Tet gifts and social security in a solemn, timely, strict and correct manner to the right beneficiaries. Localities strictly implemented Law No. 14 and Decree No. 137 of the Government, well prepared the conditions for organizing low-altitude fireworks displays and cultural and artistic activities on New Year's Eve. Along with that, they built and deployed plans to ensure security and order, traffic safety, fire prevention and fighting, etc.
The Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee acknowledged and highly appreciated the results achieved by localities in 2024; at the same time, requested the districts to resolutely carry out their tasks right from the beginning of the year. Do a good job of site clearance for key projects of the province in the area, carry out military recruitment well; focus on directing spring crop production; promote production and business activities, develop the economy together with the province determined to achieve the double-digit growth target in 2025.
