The Provincial Party Secretary visited and presented gifts to Mrs. Le Thi Thuc, a youth volunteer, born in 1933, Deo Mon village and Mr. Pham Van Thanh, born in 1933, a Dien Bien soldier, Hoi Truong village, Khang Nhat commune; Mr. Dao Minh Sam, a Dien Bien soldier, born in 1929, Tan Trao village, Hop Hoa commune.
At the families, the Provincial Party Secretary expressed his excitement when meeting with former youth volunteers and soldiers of Dien Bien; at the same time, he emphasized that generations of Vietnamese people always respect, forever remember, and are grateful to previous generations who fought and heroically sacrificed for the cause of national liberation.

He affirmed that the Party Committee, government and people of all ethnic groups in Tuyen Quang province will continue to promote the spirit of solidarity and revolutionary homeland traditions, building Tuyen Quang to become more and more developed, worthy of the contributions of previous generations.
He wished the elders to always maintain good health and longevity to be a strong spiritual support for their children and grandchildren, and to encourage relatives, families, and neighbors to always unite, build new rural areas, and build their homeland to develop more and more.
