On July 16, Hai Hoa Border Guard Station, Quang Ninh Provincial Border Guard (Vietnam) coordinated with the Fangchenggang Border Management Team (Guangxi, China) to organize law enforcement activities and bilateral patrols.

After meeting and exchanging opinions, the two sides' patrol teams carried out patrol missions from Marker 1376 to Marker 1373, handling vehicles and boats with "three no's" operating on the Bac Luan estuary (no license plate, no certificate, no port registration), preventing criminal activities that violate the law such as illegal entry and exit, smuggling, etc.
Along with patrolling activities, the two sides have well organized propaganda andeducation activities to raise awareness of the law for the people on both sides of the border area, with the basic contents of the Agreement on the Regulations on Land Border Management between Vietnam and China, the Agreement on Vessels Traveling in the Free Vessels Travel Area at the Bac Luan River Estuary and the agreements signed by the two sides...

Bilateral patrol activities contribute to enhancing coordination between border management and protection forces on both sides in border management and protection, fighting against crimes, jointly resolving problems, maintaining security and order in border areas, contributing to building a peaceful, friendly, cooperative and developed border.
