On the afternoon of May 21, Lao Cai Provincial Police organized a dialogue program between the Party Committee, leaders of the Provincial Police with youth union members and women's union members of the Provincial Police; commending exemplary commune-level youth and women police officers in studying and following Uncle Ho's example in 2024.
This is an activity to celebrate the 134th birthday of President Ho Chi Minh (May 19, 1890 - May 19, 2024); 55 years of implementing Uncle Ho's Testament (1969 - 2024); 76 years of President Ho Chi Minh's call for patriotic emulation (June 11, 1948 - June 11, 2024).
Attending and directing the program were Colonel Nguyen Van Thinh, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Deputy Director of the Provincial Police Department; comrades in the Standing Committee of the Provincial Police Party Committee; leaders of Lao Cai Provincial Youth Union and the Provincial Women's Union.
Participating in the program were also representatives of departments and offices of the Provincial Police, police of districts, towns and cities; exemplary young and female police officers at the commune level; outstanding union members and members representing over 500 youth union members and female members of the Provincial Police force.
Speaking at the opening of the conference, Colonel Nguyen Van Thinh, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Deputy Director of the Provincial Police, emphasized the role and importance of the dialogue conference and oriented some of the conference's contents.
At the conference, representatives of the youth and women's force of the Provincial Police raised many opinions in dialogue with the leaders of the Provincial Police, focusing on a number of contents such as: the orientation of the Provincial Police towards the Youth Union, Association and members, youth and women's members of the Provincial Police in implementing Resolution 12-NQ/TW dated March 16, 2022 of the Politburo on building a truly clean, strong, disciplined, elite and modern People's Police force, meeting the requirements and tasks in the new situation; solutions to improve the effectiveness in fighting all types of crimes; orientation in protecting the Party's ideological foundation and fighting and refuting wrong and hostile views; tasks to ensure the proposed progress and build an e-Government according to Project 06 of the Government.
Youth and female police delegates were also interested in a number of issues such as: policies and regimes for police officers after discharge; policies to encourage officers and officers to work overtime, compete to complete assigned tasks; policies to encourage and support Youth Union officers in the district and commune police force; mechanisms and policies to encourage police forces at the commune level, especially in disadvantaged communes and border communes...
Representatives of the Party Committee and leaders of the Provincial Police directly responded to the opinions of representatives of the youth and women's forces of the Provincial Police, and discussed some more contents on solutions to improve the effectiveness of foreign language learning for young police officers and soldiers; solutions to help officers and soldiers overcome difficulties, promote the spirit of "7 dares", overcome difficulties, and successfully complete assigned tasks.
On this occasion, the Provincial Police commended and rewarded 15 outstanding individuals, including young men, female officers and soldiers of the communal police force, who had the spirit of overcoming difficulties, studying and following the 6 teachings of Uncle Ho to the People's Police force, achieving many achievements, contributing to the achievements and common feats of the Lao Cai Provincial Police force.
