On the afternoon of January 4, the Party Committee of the Bloc of State Agencies and Enterprises of Ha Tinh province held a conference to summarize activities in 2023 and deploy tasks in 2024.

Attending the conference were Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Tran The Dung, Head of the Internal Affairs Committee Nguyen Dinh Hai, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council Tran Van Ky and representatives of leaders of a number of departments, agencies and branches.

The Standing Committee of the Party Committee chaired the conference.

In 2023, the Executive Committee and the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of the bloc strictly implemented the working regulations; maintained high solidarity and unity, continued to innovate leadership methods; closely followed the action program to implement the Resolution of the 19th Provincial Party Congress, the Resolution of the 16th Party Congress of the bloc, key and breakthrough tasks to concretize, lead and direct the implementation of tasks.

Political and ideological education work has been focused on implementing many new and creative methods, thereby contributing to creating consensus and unity within party organizations and the entire Party Committee.

The work of organization, cadres and party members was carried out systematically and seriously. During the year, the Party Committee of the bloc transferred 7 grassroots party organizations and 105 party members to the Party Committees of districts, towns and cities; 9 grassroots party organizations and 803 party members to the Party Committees of corporations, general companies and state-owned commercial banks according to Regulation No. 60-QD/TW of the Central Party Secretariat.

Continue to lead and direct the review and supplementation of the planning of grassroots Party committees; approve the planning of the Party Executive Committee of the bloc and grassroots Party committees for the 2020-2025 and 2025-2030 terms. Organize the preliminary and final review of the policies and resolutions of the Central, the province and the bloc Party Committee according to regulations. The Party Committee admitted 231 people to the Party and recognized 174 official Party members.

Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department, Secretary of the Propaganda Department Party Cell Nguyen Thi Ha Tan shared the results of the Party Cell's activities in 2023.

The inspection and supervision work of Party committees, Party organizations and Inspection Commissions at all levels has focused on new contents and areas, the implementation of duties and responsibilities of Party organizations and Party members. During the year, the Party Committees of the bloc, the Inspection Commissions of the Party Committees of the bloc, Party committees and Inspection Commissions at all levels inspected 169 Party organizations and 208 Party members; and supervised 120 Party organizations and 139 Party members. Through inspection, supervision and disciplinary action, 68 Party members were disciplined.

The work of preventing and combating corruption, waste, and negativity; the work of mass mobilization and mass organizations continued to be effectively implemented. The Party Committee also effectively implemented regulations and programs of coordination with units and localities to better serve and improve the quality of political tasks.

In close adherence to functions and tasks, the Party Committee and grassroots Party cells in the bloc have led cadres, Party members and employees to comply with the Party's guidelines and policies, the State's policies and laws; built strong agencies, units and enterprises; and performed professional tasks well according to the set work plans and programs. At the same time, they have actively built office culture and corporate culture.

Party Secretary - Director of Ha Tinh Industrial Development - Construction and Trade Joint Stock Company Le Duc Thang shared the activities of the party organization in the enterprise.

In addition, units and enterprises in the bloc have actively mobilized support and sponsorship for localities to build new rural areas and civilized urban areas with over 17 billion VND; mobilized more than 31 billion VND to implement social security activities...

At the conference, delegates shared and clarified outstanding results in leadership and direction of task implementation in 2023; analyzed existing problems and limitations and proposed solutions to implement tasks in the coming time.

Party Secretary - Director of the Department of Education and Training Dang Thi Quynh Diep emphasized some achievements of the Party Committee and the industry.

In line with the assigned tasks, in 2024, the Party Committee of the bloc will continue to strengthen ideological and politicaleducation , innovate methods of disseminating and propagating resolutions and directives at all levels; focus on directing and urging grassroots party organizations to develop plans, strengthen monitoring and supervision of overcoming limitations and shortcomings after the 2023 review.

Continue to improve the capacity and fighting strength of Party organizations and Party members; lead, direct and organize the implementation of Party inspection, supervision and discipline work. Innovate the form of operation, promote the role of mass organizations in building a strong Party organization and implementing the political tasks of each agency, unit and enterprise. Develop and organize the implementation of the internal affairs and anti-corruption and negativity work program in 2024. Continue to improve the quality and effectiveness of the implementation of regulations and coordination programs with related units and localities. Emphasizing the limitations, shortcomings and context for the coming time, the Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee requested the Party Committee of the bloc to closely follow the policies and orientations of the province, associated with the functions, tasks and practices of the unit, and effectively implement political tasks. Continue to innovate the leadership and direction methods in the Party Committee of the bloc in general and the Party Committees of the Party Committees and affiliated Party cells in particular.

Innovate propaganda, thoroughly grasp directives and resolutions, pay attention to grasping and orienting public opinion; focus on improving the quality of Party cell activities according to Resolution 16-NQ/TU of the Provincial Party Executive Committee; pay attention to the work of developing Party members and Party organizations in enterprises. Focus on doing a good job of reviewing and supplementing planning associated with rotation and appointment of cadres.

Promote the exemplary responsibility of cadres and party members, especially the heads of agencies and units; tighten discipline, improve public ethics; strictly implement working regulations. Strengthen grassroots democracy regulations in agencies and units; actively participate in advising on the development of mechanisms and policies of the province. At the same time, strengthen coordination with the Party Committee of the Provincial People's Committee in performing tasks.

At the conference, 23 collectives with outstanding achievements, 5 Party Committee Inspection Commission units and grassroots Party cells with outstanding achievements; 6 Party members who have excellently completed their tasks for 5 consecutive years (2019-2023) received certificates of merit from the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of the bloc.
