Double2T does not set criteria in love

Rapper Double2T (real name Bui Xuan Truong) is the most prominent new face of Vietnamese showbiz in 2023. With the championship of the game show Rap Viet and the hit song "A Loi", the 1996-born guy who used to work as a barber in Tuyen Quang "rose to the clouds" in one step, attracting a large number of fans of all ages.

Sharing with Dan Viet about his life after becoming famous, Double2T said he was quite surprised but also extremely happy. The strong attraction after the Rap Viet program also made Double2T's personal life change a lot. He was surprised when many girls texted him to get to know him after becoming famous. Before that, the rapper from Tuyen Quang used to be self-conscious about his job and income. There was a time when he lived quite a closed life, only hanging out with a few people: "I used to like some friends, but seeing that their families were well-off, my future was not very bright. I didn't dare to confess."

The initiative of many people towards Double2T at the present time makes him somewhat hesitant. He shared: "Honestly, sometimes I don't know why they are so enthusiastic towards me, that's why I'm a bit hesitant. I still maintain relationships before I became famous, help, and always support as much as I can. With new relationships, I'm selective, maybe sometimes a bit cautious."

Double2T also said that he is currently devoting all his time to music. "If love knocks on the door, I will follow my heart's call, without setting any criteria. Normally when answering interviews, I am somewhat serious and standard. With my lover, I am a different person. I like a happy space, I can joke a bit "nasty" to make her happy."

Talking about the performance of Double2T and the beautiful dancer Tammy that once caused a "fever" on social networks, Double2T said that it was his natural reaction when he first performed: "Before that, I had never performed with a dancer, so when she approached, I was naturally startled. Currently, I perform at bars quite a lot, so the interactions are more natural. Tammy and I haven't talked much, we just met at the performance location that day."
