Mr. Dang Sy Manh, Chairman of the Board of Members of Vietnam Railways Corporation, said that the railway has been operating charter train services for a long time, but most customers are only interested in renting them for groups to travel, mainly on the Hanoi - Quang Binh route, with some services on community carriages for group activities such as: Festivals, cultural activities, children's playgrounds... On the journey from Hanoi to Lang Son through the folk song region of Bac Ninh, guests also got to listen to male and female Quan Ho singers.
Guests enjoyed watching live performances and admiring the countryside and city views through the ship's windows.

Mr. Do Van Hoan, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Hanoi Railway Transport Joint Stock Company, said that in the past, fixed-route charter trains often had many carriages, and customers had to book a large number of passengers. Now, there are more flexibility, with trains of 2-3 carriages or more, with short or long routes, ranging from a few dozen kilometers to more than 1,000 kilometers, depending entirely on the needs of the customers.
