With the theme "Vietnam Tourism - Green transformation for sustainable development", on the afternoon of April 14, the Vietnam International Tourism Fair - VITM Hanoi 2024, closed.
Ms. Cao Thi Ngoc Lan, Permanent Vice President of Vietnam Tourism Association, said that the Fair attracted nearly 4,000 Vietnamese and international tourism businesses.

More than 10,000 tours and promotional tourism products were offered at the Fair.
"It is estimated that nearly 80,000 visitors will come to visit and shop. This shows that the VITM Hanoi Fair 2024 continues to affirm its brand and position as the leading tourism promotion event of Vietnam tourism," said Ms. Cao Thi Ngoc Lan.

Over the 4 days of the Fair, there were more than 12 million accesses to information about the VITM Fair on the Tik Tok platform, contributing to improving the Fair's communication work.
During the 4 days (from April 11 to 14), 23 events and tourism promotion activities were held within the framework of the VITM Hanoi 2024 Fair. Meetings between businesses and businesses, businesses and tourists and activities of Vietnamese and international tourism promotion agencies created a vibrant atmosphere, a strong spirit of tourism businesses nationwide, contributing significantly to the recovery, acceleration, and rapid and effective development of Vietnamese tourism.

According to a quick survey of 50 units participating in the fair, the revenue from tourism product sales in 4 days reached more than 180 billion VND; 92% of enterprises achieved their target when participating, of which 5.4% exceeded the expected target; 91.9% were satisfied with the activities at the Fair. In addition, 25% wanted to change the location of the booth for more convenience; 81% of units committed to participating in the VITM Hanoi Fair 2025.

Previously, within the framework of the Fair, the VITA AWARDS 2024 Ceremony honored 170 organizations, businesses, and 112 individuals who are members of the Vietnam Tourism Association and Tourism Associations of provinces and cities who have contributed to the development of Vietnam tourism.
