The Hanoi National University of Education Youth Union was honored to be recognized by the Party and State and awarded the Third Class Labor Medal - a noble reward for the tireless efforts of the school's youth.
On March 20, Hanoi National University of Education held a ceremony to celebrate the 94th anniversary of the founding of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union and received the Third Class Labor Medal for the second time.
Since its early days, the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union of Hanoi National University of Education has pioneered many major youth movements across the country.
This is also the first university Youth Union in the country to be awarded the Third Class Labor Medal for the second time after being awarded the First Class Labor Medal by the President in 2012.
Secretary of the Hanoi National University of Education Youth Union Pham Thi Thanh Thuy affirmed: “Receiving this honor, each Youth Union officer and each youth union member of the school is more aware of the responsibility to continue the tradition, constantly practice, study and contribute. This is not only a noble reward but also a motivation for the school's youth to continue to innovate, be creative, and contribute more to the cause of education and the development of the country.”
Speaking at the ceremony, Associate Professor Dr. Nguyen Duc Son, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the School, Rector of Hanoi National University of Education acknowledged the contributions of generations of union members, youth, students, staff and lecturers in the school, especially in terms of creativity, pioneering, youthfulness, enthusiasm and intelligence.
Associate Professor, Dr. Nguyen Duc Son assessed that at this time, receiving the noble award from the Party and State - the Third Class Labor Medal for the second time, shows that the young generation of the school is continuing the tradition of teachers and previous generations.
The President of Hanoi National University of Education believes that this tradition will continue to be promoted, maintained, strengthened and spread.
Associate Professor, Dr. Nguyen Duc Son hopes: "In the coming time, the school's youth union, youth, and students will continue to share the same vision with the school, building Hanoi National University of Education into a national key pedagogical university, where traditional values continue to be maintained and promoted."
On this occasion, Hanoi National University of Education presented flowers to express gratitude to the former Secretary and Deputy Secretary of the school's Youth Union of all periods.
