This is a program to concretize the plan of the VNA Youth Union to support remote, isolated and extremely disadvantaged areas. At the same time, this is also a meaningful program of the VNA youth to continue the dream of journalist Dinh Huu Du, VNA's resident agency in Yen Bai, who sacrificed his life while reporting on floods on October 11, 2017.
The Dinh Huu Du bookshelf is a meaningful gift, helping children develop their passion for reading and explore the treasure trove of human knowledge.
On this occasion, the Youth Union of the Vietnam Television Center organized the inauguration and handover of the youth project "Lighting up the countryside" in Trung Long village, Trung Yen commune, Son Duong district. The project was carried out on a 1km long road with 50 light bulbs and solar panels installed from the support fund of the Youth Union of the Vietnam Television Center and Agribank Tuyen Quang.
The project facilitates people's travel and trade, ensures security and order, contributes to the implementation of "Bright, green, clean, beautiful, safe and civilized roads" according to the province's criteria and contributes to the successful completion of the goal of recognizing Trung Yen commune as meeting new rural standards in the coming time.
