Lao students from Quang Tri Pedagogical College visit the IOC Center of the province

On March 29, 2024, the Intelligent Operation Center (IOC) of Quang Tri province received a delegation of Lao teachers and students from the Faculty of Vocational Education - Quang Tri Pedagogical College to visit, study and learn about reality.

Comrade Nguyen Thi Le Hang, Director of the Provincial IOC Center, introduced to the delegation the integrated features at the IOC Center.

At the meeting, Director of the Provincial IOC Center Nguyen Thi Le Hang introduced to the delegation the integrated features of the Provincial IOC Center. This is an information technology system with the function of monitoring and comprehensively operating many activities of the province. Since its operation (May 1, 2021), the Provincial IOC Center has gradually become a "digital brain" converging data of socio-economic fields in the province. Thereby, providing leaders of authorities at all levels with comprehensive information related to fields, units, and localities throughout the province. At the same time, promoting interaction between people, businesses and state management agencies, contributing to creating a stable, fair, and civilized social environment. Through direct visits and sharing from leaders and staff in charge of the Provincial IOC Center, Lao teachers and students have been equipped with practical knowledge about information technology applications in management, and have approached and grasped new technologies in information technology applications. This has created a new direction of study and research to support students in their learning and application process after graduation.
