
Accompanying the delegation was comrade Lo Thi Minh Phuong, member of the Standing Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department.
In a solemn atmosphere, the delegation members observed a minute of silence, remembering and showing infinite gratitude to President Ho Chi Minh, the national liberation hero, world cultural celebrity; and General Vo Nguyen Giap - the eldest brother of the Vietnam People's Army. The delegation members also expressed their gratitude to the thousands of outstanding sons of the nation who sacrificed their youth and lives for the Fatherland.
To express our respect and deep gratitude to the generations of our fathers and brothers, the members of the delegation respectfully offered fresh flowers, lit incense sticks, and prayed for the souls of the martyrs and compatriots who died at the Dien Bien Phu battlefield to rest in peace, to bless the nation, the people, the country of Vietnam to integrate and develop, and the Vietnamese people to always be peaceful and happy.

After the ceremony, comrade Vu Trong Ha, Head of Department, Chief of Office of Central Steering Committee 35 and members of the delegation visited and learned about the history at some relic sites in the Dien Bien Phu Battlefield National Special Relic Complex.
