'Raiding' New MDM nightclub in Hai Phong, 26 people tested positive for drugs

Authorities made a surprise inspection of the New MDM nightclub in Hai Phong and discovered 26 "partygoers" tested positive for drugs.

On the afternoon of November 21, Hai Phong City Police informed that at 0:15 a.m. the same day, the Drug Crime Investigation Police Department (City Police) presided over and coordinated with functional forces to conduct an inspection at the New MDM nightclub located at Lot 26D, Dong Khe Ward (Ngo Quyen District, Hai Phong City).

At the time of the inspection, the nightclub had 143 guests and 80 employees. Through a quick inspection, the police discovered 26 guests tested positive for drugs and temporarily seized some related evidence.

The Drug Crime Investigation Police Department (Hai Phong City Police) is continuing to expand the investigation and handle the subjects according to regulations.
