After achieving the NTM district standard in 2019, Ninh Phuoc district continues to mobilize the participation of the entire political system from district to commune to focus on leadership, direction, guidance and implementation to maintain and improve the quality of the criteria according to the NTM criteria set for the period 2021-2025. Through review and assessment, up to now, 8/8 communes in the district have achieved from 14 to 18/19 NTM commune criteria; for the advanced NTM commune criteria, there are 2 communes Phuoc Thuan and An Hai meeting the advanced NTM standards, the remaining communes have achieved 10 to 16/19 advanced NTM criteria. Regarding the construction of Ninh Phuoc district to meet the NTM standards, up to now, the district has achieved 8/9 criteria and 33/36 contents; 29/38 contents and 5/9 advanced NTM criteria. In the period of 2020-2024, the district mobilized and integrated more than 942.7 billion VND to implement the new rural construction program, creating a new rural appearance, and rural infrastructure in the area is increasingly invested synchronously.

The monitoring delegation highly appreciated the efforts of Ninh Phuoc district in implementing the National Target Program on New Rural Construction in the past time. At the same time, it requested the Steering Committee for New Rural Construction in Ninh Phuoc district to focus on reviewing the system of documents and the contents of each new rural, advanced new rural and model new rural criteria to identify the contents that need to be focused on and have specific plans for implementation. Organize an assessment of the maintenance, preservation and improvement of the new rural district and new rural commune criteria to have solutions to remove difficulties and obstacles in the implementation process. Strengthen the supervisory role of the Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations in new rural construction.
