Determined to successfully complete the goals and tasks set out in the Resolution of the 19th Provincial Party Congress, the Resolution of the 13th Congress of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor and the 20th Congress of the Thanh Hoa General Confederation of Labor, contributing to the goal of building Thanh Hoa by 2030 to basically become an industrial province in the direction of modernization, making Thanh Hoa a model province as Uncle Ho always wished.
