On the afternoon of August 19, Working Group No. 1, Steering Committee reviewed 5 years of implementing Directive No. 26-CT/TW, dated November 9, 2018 of the Politburo and Instruction No. 04-HD/TW, dated December 9, 2020 of the Secretariat on strengthening the Party's leadership over law enforcement agencies in investigating and handling cases and incidents, led by Lieutenant General Nguyen Van Long, Deputy Minister of Public Security, Deputy Head of the Steering Committee, Head of the Working Group, worked with the Standing Committee of the Thai Binh Provincial Party Committee.

After 5 years of implementing Directive No. 26 of the Politburo and Instruction No. 04 of the Secretariat on strengthening the Party's leadership with law enforcement agencies in the investigation and handling of cases and incidents, the Standing Committee of the Thai Binh Provincial Party Committee has led and directed Party committees, Party organizations and relevant agencies and units to thoroughly grasp and seriously and fully implement the contents and promptly concretize them for implementation in accordance with each level and each sector. Ensure proper implementation of legal provisions on the roles and responsibilities of prosecution agencies and the direction of Party committees for cases and incidents, while protecting cadres who dare to think and dare to act for the common task. Regularly pay attention to leading and directing Party committees and Party organizations of law enforcement agencies to strengthen coordination and proactively report and ask for opinions from the Standing Committee of the Party Committee and the Standing Committee of the Party Committee in the process of investigating and handling cases and incidents according to regulations; contributing to raising awareness and responsibility of leaders, Party committees, Party organizations, authorities at all levels, heads of agencies and units in investigation and handling work, improving the quality of resolving cases and incidents strictly, in accordance with the law, meeting well the political, social and foreign affairs requirements in the area...
Speaking at the working session, comrade Ngo Dong Hai, member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee emphasized: The Standing Committee of the Thai Binh Provincial Party Committee has led and directed the organization of dissemination and implementation of Directive No. 26 and issued documents, programs and plans to direct, specify, guide implementation, and promptly remove difficulties and obstacles in the implementation of Directive No. 26. To continue to effectively carry out tasks in the coming time, the Standing Committee of the Thai Binh Provincial Party Committee continues to direct the promotion of propaganda, dissemination, and improvement of the leadership and direction capacity of Party committees towards judicial agencies to effectively handle cases and incidents in the area. Build a mechanism for close coordination between judicial agencies and other agencies and organizations. Continue to effectively implement regulations on information and reports of Party committees of prosecution agencies to Party committees of the same level to ensure the correct corridor, clear content and nature of cases and incidents.

Lieutenant General Nguyen Van Long, Deputy Minister of Public Security, Deputy Head of the Steering Committee, Head of the working delegation acknowledged and highly appreciated the outstanding results of Thai Binh province over the past 5 years of implementing Directive No. 26 of the Politburo, especially in the coordination and unification between the Party Committee and law enforcement agencies in handling cases and incidents. The working delegation will focus on surveying and specifically grasping the implementation, advantages, limitations and difficulties of localities in implementing Directive No. 26 of the Politburo and Instruction No. 04 of the Secretariat, on that basis, completing the 5-year summary report to ensure quality.
