A-list actor gets a wad of money thrown in his face with the message 'take it to jail and use it'

On the morning of September 21, actor Yoo Ah In was present at the investigation agency to attend the questioning session. Korean media reported that Yoo Ah used illegal substances 200 times, spending about 500 million won (more than 9 billion VND) to buy propofol (a prescription drug, banned from indiscriminate use in Korea because of its addictive potential).

The amount was spent between 2020 and now. The figure does not include other drugs the actor used.

In addition, the actor was accused of illegally using about 1,000 prescription sleeping pills under other people's names, using cocaine and marijuana in the US with four acquaintances in the US.

Yoo Ah In was charged with illegal drug use, testing positive for 7 types of banned substances.

Yoo Ah In still denies the charges of destroying evidence. This is the second time the prosecution has requested an arrest warrant.

Previously, on September 18, prosecutors officially re-submitted an application for an arrest warrant for actor Yoo Ah In. The youngest actor in Korea was charged with illegal drug use, testing positive for 7 types of banned substances.

Yoo Ah In was born in 1986, real name Uhm Hong Sik, born in 1986 and started entering the entertainment industry in 2003.
