Ha Tinh Electricity determined to energize 19 additional projects before December 31

Ha Tinh Electricity Company is urging construction units to speed up the progress of grid investment projects, striving to connect electricity before December 31, 2023.

The project "Renovating the 35kV loop circuit between line 373 E18.2 and line 373 E18.4 to improve power supply reliability" has a total investment of nearly 12 billion VND, and was started in October 2023. The scale of the project includes renovating 16.5km of 35kV line, installing 2 sets of LBS-35kV load switches, and building a transmission channel to connect newly installed LBS - 35kV load switches to the Remote Control Center.

The project will improve the reliability of power supply, renovate and upgrade the 35kV interconnecting power line between the 110kV Linh Cam, Hong Linh and Can Loc transformer stations. Furthermore, the installation of switching and cutting equipment will be remotely controlled from the Remote Control Center of Ha Tinh Electricity Company according to the smart grid model.

Taking advantage of the time when farmers have not yet planted spring crops, units are speeding up the construction progress of the project "Renovating the 35kV loop circuit between line 373 E18.2 and line 373E18.4 to improve the reliability of power supply".

“This project passes through 6 communes and towns in Hong Linh Town and Duc Tho District. Currently, 3 contractors have completed the entire volume of replacing wires, beams, porcelain, and accessories in Duc Tho District. In the past few days, taking advantage of favorable weather and “seizing the opportunity” when farmers have not yet planted spring rice, we have mobilized maximum human resources, machinery, and vehicles, focusing on completing the wire laying and connection in Hong Linh Town. We strive to complete the project and put it into use before December 31, 2023,” said Mr. Du Manh Cuong - Project Manager - Anh Tai Construction and Trading Joint Stock Company.

At the same time, Ha Tinh Electricity Company is implementing the project "Renovating the 35kV loop between line 373 E18.8 and line 372 E18.1 to improve the reliability of power supply" passing through Thach Ha and Huong Khe districts with a scale of 31.9 km of 35kV line with a total investment of nearly 15 billion VND. The project is constructed by a consortium of Hong Ha Construction, Trade and Technology Joint Stock Company - Yen Vien Electric Wire and Cable Company Limited - MBT Electrical Equipment Joint Stock Company.

Leaders of Ha Tinh Electricity Company closely followed the scene and supported contractors during the construction of the grid investment project in the area.

The project started construction in October 2023. According to representatives of the construction units, in order to connect the power grid on schedule, the contractors have proactively provided resources, purchased adequate equipment and materials; mobilized maximum machinery and vehicles; and encouraged engineers and workers to work overtime to ensure quality.

In addition, because the construction site of the project passes through many rice fields, at this time, contractors must speed up, taking advantage of the time before people sow the 2024 spring crop to speed up the progress of erecting poles, pulling wires..., making efforts to bring the project to the finish line before December 31, 2023. Thereby, helping to upgrade the 35kV interconnecting ring line between TBA 110 Thach Linh and Huong Khe which has been in operation for many years and improve operational capacity, ensuring power supply in the area.

In addition to the two power grid construction investment projects above, Ha Tinh Electricity Company is focusing on supporting construction units to complete 17 additional projects in the list by the end of 2023.

According to records, most of the power grid construction projects in Ha Tinh this time pass through many rice fields. Therefore, the investor is currently urging the construction units to make efforts to "race" against time, to complete the pole erection, wire pulling... before the time when local farmers plant the spring rice crop in 2024.

19 projects in the list to be added by the end of 2023 are being urgently implemented by Ha Tinh Electricity Company.

Mr. Nguyen Thanh Hoa - Head of Investment Management Department, Ha Tinh Power Company said: "In 2023, the company was assigned by the Northern Power Corporation to implement 30 construction investment projects with a total investment of 339,676 billion VND. Up to now, the company has completed and put 11 projects into operation. For 19 projects in the list of projects added by the end of 2023, the company is urgently implementing".

To speed up the construction progress of the projects, the leaders of Ha Tinh Electricity Company have established working groups to closely monitor, inspect the site, and urge the construction; promptly support the construction units to handle difficulties and problems during the project implementation process. With a proactive spirit, ensuring that the site is clean and construction is carried out, the units strive to bring the projects to the finish line according to the assigned plan.
