The PCI results in 2023 show that the quality of economic management in the province has improved positively. The province's PCI reached 66.77 points (up 6.92 points; up 31 places compared to 2022), ranking 31st nationwide. Through analysis of 10 component indices, 8 indices increased in points, 2 indices decreased slightly compared to 2022.
Regarding the level of people's satisfaction with the service of state administrative agencies in 2023, the province reached 80.1%; an increase of 1.47% compared to 2022, ranking 49/63 provinces and cities nationwide.
The 2023 PAR Index of the province reached 88.02/100, an increase of 1.72 points, up 2 places compared to 2022, ranking 20/63 provinces and cities. This is the highest PAR score and ranking of the province ever.
Regarding the 2023 PAR Index results of specialized agencies under the Provincial People's Committee and District People's Committees: 7/19 specialized agencies under the Provincial People's Committee achieved good results; 11/19 agencies achieved fair results. 10/10 District People's Committees were all fair. Agencies and units that maintained good results include: Provincial People's Committee Office, Muong Ang District... Regarding the digital transformation index, in general, agencies, units and localities in 2023 achieved above average results and all increased their scores compared to 2022.

Concluding the conference, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Le Thanh Do, Head of the Provincial Steering Committee for Administrative Reform, highly appreciated the achievements of departments, branches and units in administrative reform, digital transformation, and improving the investment and business environment... In order to effectively implement the indicators (administrative reform, digital transformation, PCI, PAPI, SIPAS) to improve the investment and business environment, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee proposed to strengthen the leadership and direction of Party committees at all levels, the government, the coordination of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee and organizations in administrative reform associated with digital transformation; taking the satisfaction of people and businesses as a measure of quality. Strengthening administrative discipline and order along with creating an environment and conditions to promote innovation and creativity in implementing administrative reform. Having policies and mechanisms to protect cadres, civil servants and public employees who dare to think, dare to do, dare to make breakthroughs for the common good. Accelerate the project of bringing grid electricity to rural areas to develop information and telecommunications infrastructure, create a foundation for digital transformation, and gradually develop the digital economy and digital society. Promote the implementation of the tasks of Project 06, focusing on overcoming "bottlenecks", especially cleaning up land and housing data.
On this occasion, the Provincial People's Committee awarded Certificates of Merit to 4 individuals and 8 collectives with outstanding achievements in advising and implementing administrative reform work in 2023.
