During this holiday period, the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism directed the preparation of favorable conditions to serve tourists at historical sites and tourist destinations; and organized many cultural activities and events in Dien Bien Phu City and other localities to serve the people and tourists.

Notable examples include: Art and cultural exchange programs to celebrate National Day; organizing an exhibition and launching a photo book commemorating 70 years of the Dien Bien Phu Victory - A Heroic Epic That Resounds Forever; introducing VR virtual reality games, 3D film screenings combined with 3D mapping, guided tour software, information lookup tools for artifacts, and opening evening services at the Dien Bien Phu Historical Victory Museum; Tủa Chùa district organizing the announcement and acceptance of the Provincial-level ranking certificate for the Chua Po Cave scenic area in Lao Xa Phinh commune and announcing the decision to recognize Tủa Chùa market as a tourist destination…

According to information from the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism, as of now there have been no reports of illegal activities in the tourism sector.
