During this holiday, the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism has directed to prepare well the conditions to serve tourists at historical sites and tourist attractions; organize many cultural activities and events in Dien Bien Phu City and other localities to serve the people and tourists.

Typical examples include: Art program and Cultural and Sports Exchange Program to celebrate National Day; Organizing an Exhibition and launching a photo book 70 years of Dien Bien Phu Victory - Forever resounding heroic epic; Introducing VR virtual reality game experience, 3D movie screening combined with 3D mapping, tour guide software, information lookup tree about artifacts and opening the Dien Bien Phu Historical Victory Museum in the evening; Tua Chua district organized the announcement of the decision, received the Certificate of ranking as a provincial-level relic of the scenic spot Chua Po Cave, Lao Xa Phinh commune and announced the decision to recognize Tua Chua market tourist destination...
