Proposal to invest in a 1,500 billion VND resort in Duy Xuyen district

Specifically, Adventure Ocean Company Limited (located in Binh Chanh District, Ho Chi Minh City) proposed to invest in the Trung Phuong Resort project (Duy Hai Commune, Duy Xuyen) on an area of ​​about 8 hectares, with an implementation period of about 4 years (2024 - 2028).

The current land status of the proposed area is residential land and alluvial land along rivers and coasts.

According to the company, the project aims to synchronously invest in technical and social infrastructure, ensuring regional infrastructure connectivity according to approved planning; protecting the coast, developing tourism, services, and creating jobs; and at the same time creating a friendly and convenient living environment for the community in the area.

The Provincial People's Committee requests Adeventure Ocean Company Limited to coordinate and work with the Department of Planning and Investment, Duy Xuyen District People's Committee, relevant departments and branches to provide relevant documents and files and receive instructions on how to carry out the documents and procedures in accordance with regulations.

The Department of Planning and Investment, Duy Xuyen District People's Committee and related departments and branches, according to their assigned functions and tasks, are responsible for coordinating, guiding and advising the Provincial People's Committee to consider and resolve related records and procedures according to their authority and regulations.
