For each specific item, first of all for petroleum, the Prime Minister assigned the Ministry of Industry and Trade to ensure supply, prevent shortages of petroleum, manage prices according to regulations, increase market control, and apply electronic invoices.
For electricity, medical examination and treatment services and items under consideration for price adjustment, it is necessary to proactively have an adjustment plan with appropriate adjustment level and time to avoid causing inflation resonance.
Food items need to closely monitor the production situation, input price fluctuations, market demand for essential goods, and meet supply and demand. Closely monitor developments in the construction materials market to ensure supply and demand and stabilize prices.
With air transport services, it is necessary to stabilize air transport capacity to provide appropriate and balanced loads on flight routes, well meeting the air travel needs of passengers.
For educational services, it is necessary to grasp information on tuition fee adjustments of public vocational and higher education institutions, assess the overall level of increase and implementation status, control and operate to prevent unreasonable increases in textbook prices and educational services, leading to consumer price inflation.
The Prime Minister also requested transparency and honesty in price information, avoiding inaccurate information that causes public confusion and damages to the State and consumers.
