Mr. Bolat affirmed that the goal is to turn Coteccons into an "open book", publicly disclosing all information without hiding anything.

Mr. Bolat Duisenov: Coteccons aims to be an Industry Leader instead of a Market Leader, because a Market Leader only focuses on revenue and profit, sometimes destroying the industry to maintain the number 1 position. Meanwhile, an Industry Leader leads the industry to develop sustainably, improving all aspects.
With 2,500 employees, we always strive to make a positive impact on the construction industry, especially to raise the level of the whole industry. Engineers love to face challenges, and Coteccons creates many challenges such as financial management, ensuring labor safety, and innovative construction methods. This is the driving force for the team to develop, and the task of the management board is to maintain positive pressure. We balance between creating challenges and ensuring that the team's elite can withstand 10-15% more pressure.
Coteccons constantly innovates, constantly tests solutions and seizes new opportunities, although there is no guarantee of success. We are ready to learn from failure and recover quickly, like an architect rebuilding the machine.

Mr. Tran Ngoc Hai: We have started our strategy of expanding overseas in recent years. In 2024, Coteccons is implementing a project for Vinfast in India as assigned by the investor, however, details about the value and revenue cannot be disclosed for confidentiality reasons. In addition, Coteccons also participates in bidding for international projects, opening up great potential and hoping to soon have specific marks.
