The program "Build Tet 2025" organized by Nhan Dan Newspaper in collaboration with Coteccons Construction Joint Stock Company (CTD) with the theme "Building the dream foundation" will send material and spiritual gifts to more than 18,500 workers nationwide.
Speaking at the launching ceremony of the program "Building Tet 2025" on December 12, Deputy Editor-in-Chief of Nhan Dan Newspaper Phan Van Hung affirmed that this is a program of humanistic significance, promoting the spirit of "mutual love and support" of the nation, actively implementing social security policies.
According to Mr. Phan Van Hung, the program "Building Tet 2025" conveys the message of a full Tet, expressing gratitude to workers, especially construction workers who have laid the foundation for future projects, contributing to the socio-economic development of the country. The Organizing Committee hopes that the program will spread more strongly and widely in society, contributing to improving the quality of life and happiness index of Vietnamese people, towards a warm and happy Tet At Ty 2025; creating a new atmosphere, new motivation to bring the country into a new era.
The "Build Tet 2025" program will start from December 16, 2024 to January 2025 at construction sites in three regions of the country, with key activities taking place in Hung Yen province, Da Nang city, Ho Chi Minh city, Binh Duong province...
The Organizing Committee will present more than 18,500 Tet gifts to construction workers, environmental sanitation workers... to encourage and motivate workers who work far from home and do silent work; especially workers whose hometowns are affected by severe storms and floods in the past year.
Coteccons Deputy General Director Nguyen Trinh Thuy Trang said that this year's "Build Tet" program conveys a profound message of gratitude. The focus of the program is on scholarships for workers' families, helping them build a foundation for their children's dreams, which is also the greatest motivation for parents.
In addition to the gift-giving activities, this year, the "Build Tet" program will cooperate with the Saigon Economic Times Foundation to give many gifts to students who are children of workers at construction sites. The program also organizes many other activities such as free health check-ups, giving Tet gifts, taking souvenir photos, and haircuts for construction workers at key projects...
Speaking at the launching ceremony, Mr. Phan Van Anh, Party Committee member, Vice President of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor, highly appreciated the initiative to organize the program "Building Tet", affirming that this is a program with social significance, motivating workers to work harder, bringing about better labor productivity and work quality.
Mr. Phan Van Anh suggested that trade unions at all levels actively promote and spread the meaning of the program and coordinate with the Organizing Committee to select and review suitable subjects to promptly support, visit and encourage during the upcoming traditional Tet holiday./.
