From June 12-15, the Central Inspection Commission held its 29th meeting, chaired by Politburo member, Party Central Committee Secretary, and Head of the Central Inspection Commission Tran Cam Tu.
Implementing the conclusion of the Central Inspection Commission at the 28th session regarding the Party Delegation of the Vietnam Cooperative Alliance and a number of related Party organizations and Party members; based on Party regulations, the Central Inspection Commission decided to discipline a number of individuals and collectives.
The Central Inspection Committee warned Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Bao, Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman; Le Van Nghi, Member of the Party Committee, Vice Chairman, Head of the Inspection Committee, Director of the Center for Biotechnology; Nguyen Van Thinh, Member of the Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Cooperative Alliance.
The Central Inspection Commission reprimanded the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of the Vietnam Cooperative Alliance for the 2020-2025 term and Mr. Nguyen Manh Cuong, member of the Party Committee, Vice Chairman, Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of the Cooperative Development Support Fund; Trinh Xuan Ngoc, member of the Party Committee, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Chief of the Party Committee Office, member of the Standing Committee, Head of the Organization and Personnel Committee; Nguyen Hung Tien, member of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee, Chairman of the Party Committee's Inspection Commission, member of the Standing Committee, Head of the Economic and Investment Committee, Vietnam Cooperative Alliance.
The Central Inspection Committee proposed that the Secretariat consider and discipline the Party Delegation of the Vietnam Cooperative Alliance for the 2015-2020 and 2020-2025 terms.
At the meeting, the Central Inspection Commission reviewed the results of the supervision of the Party Committee and the Party Committee Secretary, and the Minister of Home Affairs from 2019 to present.
The Central Inspection Commission found that in addition to the basic advantages, the Party Executive Committee, the Party Executive Committee Secretary, and the Minister still had a number of violations, shortcomings, and limitations in developing, promulgating, and organizing the implementation of working regulations; in leadership, direction, consulting, and building institutions, legal policies; in personnel work, emulation, and rewards.
The Central Inspection Commission requested the Party Committee of the Ministry of Home Affairs and the Secretary of the Party Committee and the Minister to promote their strengths, promptly lead and direct the review, learn from experience, and overcome the violations and shortcomings that have been pointed out.
The Central Inspection Commission also reviewed the results of the inspection of the implementation of inspection, supervision and disciplinary tasks within the Party for the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission; and the Party financial inspection for the Standing Committee of the Ha Giang Provincial Party Committee.
The Central Inspection Commission found that in addition to the advantages, the above Party organizations also had a number of violations and shortcomings in leadership, direction, organization of the implementation of inspection, supervision, and disciplinary tasks within the Party and in the management and use of Party finances and assets.
The Central Inspection Commission requested the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee and the Inspection Commission of the Ha Giang Provincial Party Committee to promote strengths, seriously review, learn from experience and promptly correct violations and shortcomings that have been pointed out.
