Comrade Le Van Bang, Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department chaired the conference at Hai Duong bridge.

At the conference, delegates heard Major General Pham Cong Nguyen, Director of the Department of Legislation and Administrative and Judicial Reform, Ministry of Public Security , inform about some important contents of the Law on Identification, Law on Forces Participating in Protecting Security and Order at the Grassroots Level and 5 Law projects chaired by the Ministry of Public Security, advising to submit to the National Assembly at the 7th Session, 15th National Assembly.

Comrade Nguyen Danh Huy, Deputy Minister of Transport, shared on the topic "Building a synchronous infrastructure to basically turn our country into a modern industrialized country in the spirit of Conclusion No. 72-KL/TW dated February 23, 2024 of the Politburo ".

Orienting the propaganda work in the coming time, comrade Phan Xuan Thuy, Deputy Head of the Central Propaganda Department, requested the Propaganda Departments of Provincial Party Committees, City Party Committees, Party Committees directly under the Central Committee, socio-political organizations, reporters at all levels and grassroots propagandists to promote the propaganda of the two thematic contents that have been informed by the reporters; advise the Party Committees to develop a plan to inform, propagate, disseminate and thoroughly grasp resolutions and directives on Party building, especially the outstanding results in socio-economic development in the first months of 2024, the content of the 9th Conference of the 13th Central Executive Committee, the 7th Session of the 15th National Assembly.

Deputy Head of the Central Propaganda Department Phan Xuan Thuy requested the Propaganda Departments of Provincial and Municipal Party Committees to do a better job of grasping the situation of public opinion, orienting the ideology of cadres, party members and people, advising Party committees to promptly handle arising issues, creating unity within the Party and high consensus in society.
