Below are the official answers for the Chemistry subject of the 2024 high school graduation exam from the Ministry of Education and Training:
This year, more than 1,071,000 candidates registered for the high school graduation exam, an increase of more than 45,000 candidates compared to last year. Of these, the number of independent candidates was 46,978, accounting for 4.38%.
According to the plan, the results of the 2024 high school graduation exam will be announced at 8:00 a.m. on July 17. The recognition of high school graduation will be completed no later than July 19. The Departments of Education and Training will announce the high school graduation results no later than July 21.
Printing and sending of exam result certificates to candidates must be completed by July 23 at the latest.
In 2023, the analysis of the distribution of high school graduation exam scores in Chemistry nationwide showed that 328,117 candidates took the Chemistry exam, with an average score of 6.74 points, a median score of 7 points; the score with the most candidates was 7.5 points. The number of candidates with a score of 1 or less was 14 (accounting for 0.004%); the number of candidates with a score below average was 38,375 (accounting for 11.7%).
